Penis Epithelioma

Penis squamous cell carcinoma

This very large tumour generally occurs among older unclean men and rarely after circumcision. They are generally fortuitously discovered by the physician. Biopsy shows a squamous cell carcinoma. The rapid diffusion towards the inguinal node and metastases are the major danger of this cancer. The best treatment, when feasible, is brachytherapy, since penis amputation brings a lot of urinating difficulties.
